The Diamond Sutra is written by Dhyana Master Hsuan Hua. The Vajra Prajna Paramita Sutra is explained in basic terms. "One should produce a heart without residing anyplace," states this sutra.
The Great Master Hui, the Sixth Patriarch, was awakened to the Way when he heard that words. "There is no such thing as a residence of the heart." As a result, the Larger Chapters state, "If one is engrossed in dharmas, he is not engrossed in prajnaparamita. He lives in prajnaparamita if he does not dwell in dharmas." As a result, every Great Prajna assembly opens with an explanation of "not dwelling."
