Meditate 365 is written by Brother Pho Quan. Brother Pho Quan has created a comprehensive meditation program that covers the complete range of Buddhist practice from beginner to full wisdom. A guided meditation per day is presented over the course of a year based on Insight Meditation as described in the Theravada Pali Canon.
The book is in PDF format and has 12 chapters that cover each month of the year. Every month, a different Buddhist concept is presented (i.e. impermanence, non-self, the Four Noble Truths, Conditions Arising, etc.). There are links to each monthly themed part of meditations on the left sidebar of the eBook page, as well as the table of contents.
